The two traction systems offered by Core Products are no exception, and should not be used without the advice and supervision of a medical professional.
The Cervical Traction System™ helps restore proper cervical curve and includes several components - as does the Overhead Traction System, which is a popular way to alleviate pressure on the spinal column. Again, consult your doctor before using either product.

The redesigned Cervical Traction System helps restore proper cervical curve when more aggressive treatment is needed. System includes foam roll, adjustable head harness and variable-weight (up to 5 lbs.) water bag. Can also be used with the Soothe-A-Ciser®, a contour pillow designed to restore proper neck posture.
