Chiroflow has a thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to revert heat loss. Chiroflow has a water pouch secured to the base of the pillow provides the responsive head and neck support.  You control the firmness of the Chiroflow Waterbase Pillow by the amount of water you add.
Features
A layer of super-soft, hypo-allergenic DuPont®polyester fiber floats over top of the water layer and provides outstanding comfort. A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders. This is an essential component of the comfort of the chiroflow pillow. A water pouch secured to the base of the chiroflow pillow provides the responsive head and neck support. Easy to follow instructions show how much water to add for soft, medium and firm support. Use ordinary tap water. No chemical additives are required.

For those who have been searching for a pillow that does not cause neck pain, this is the pillow for you. I have spend years and lots of money looking for a pillow that would not cause me neck pain in the morning. Adjusting the water level inside the pillow to your comfort level is a God sent. First day I tried the pillow, I filled the water level to firm. That didn't work for me. On the second day, I took out  half of the water, and the next morning, no neck pain. Anyone suffering from neck pain should buy this pillow. Thanks to the inventor and to  CDW!
